The 3 Best Chrome Extensions that will save you time in your business
I love a good tech tool...
Especially ones that will save me time and make life easier.
So out of all the Chrome extensions I have on my desktop...
I thought I would share my top 3 that will save you time in your business (and you will actually use)
#1 - Loom Screen Recording Software
Whenever I have an issue that needs to be fixed on my website, want to give feedback on a team member's work or even record a lesson inside the Free The Founder Academy...
This is by far my favorite tool.
Once you have downloaded the Chrome extension onto your desktop, simply click the loom icon and you will be able to record your screen in seconds.
Once you have finished you can send it via a URL link.
No need to download large files and then re-upload them into the cloud...
Plus once it's been watched you will get a notification.
It's so much more efficient than calling someone, taking them step by step over the phone, or worse via email/chat box.
#2 - Coschedule Headline Analyser
You spend so much of your time and energy creating content each week, it can get pretty disheartening if it doesn't perform well.
While your content might be pure gold, your audience won't read it if you have a weak headline or hook!
The Coschedule Headline Analyser lets you enter your headline and it will give you a score out of 100 (side note the highest I have got is 92).
It also gives you feedback and suggestions on the type of emotional/descriptive/powerful words you could use instead, to stop people in their tracks...
It's great for creating a title for your blog posts, videos, lead magnets, webinars and more.

#3 - Last Pass
Out of all the Chrome extensions I have used, this one has saved me more time than I care to admit.
Put your hand up if you are constantly having to reset your passwords because you can’t remember them.
Put your hand up if you have all of your passwords stored in the “Notes” section of your phone.
If you said yes to either one of them, it’s time my friend to install a password manager.
And LastPass is my favorite.
Just download it as a Chrome extension onto your computer, create an account, and remember ONE MASTER PASSWORD to unlock them all.
You can also download the app onto your phone.
Then whenever you log into a new program Last Pass will ask you if you would like to remember it.
Now why is this better than Google Passwords?
Because you have the ability to share passwords with friends, family members, employees and contractors, without them seeing your passwords.
It's great if you need to add or remove people’s access to your account, so they can use the tools required to operate your business. You can simply remove access with a click of a button once they leave your business or finish a project.
